Description:Shellers/Hand Fillers/Seed Treater/NIR: Will assist with tasks such as handling, packaging, & sorting seed. Ability to work with seed treatmentAble to complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time. Be able to stand for 8 hours per day. Display good communication skills. Work independently as well as a team member with minimal supervision.Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to speak/understand principal language of the site (English/Spanish) Ability to lift. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and possess a positive attitude Ability to operate: shellers, threshers, NIR machine, computers, seed lab equipment if required by supervisor.Communicate effectively with supervisor.Following standard operating procedures & all safety requirementsMust have a reliable means to workEmployees will be asked to make/receive personal phone calls during their breaks unless it’s an emergencyWorkers are expected to meet minimum performance standards.Other information:· Employees will have one 15 minute break for each 4 hours worked· Lunches are limited to 30 minutes per full shift.This assignment is not a temp-to-hire position.Why Kelly ® ?You’re looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we’re here to help you do just that.
