Our client is a major international player within the Specialty Chemical industry. They are continuing to develop new markets through advanced technological improvements and marketing. Our client is seeking an individual that is looking to grow their career as a Maintenance Manager. As a Maintenance Manager you will be directing the day to day maintenance effort within a very high paced manufacturing operation. You will also be tasked with developing the current maintenance workforce and setting strategic objectives in plant efficiencies. Requirements:
3-5 years of prior manufacturing maintenance experience within a Food, Pharma, or Chemical operation
Four year degree in Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or industrial Engineering
Ability to work with diverse industry groups, vendors, contractors and customers
Excellent overall maintenance knowledge and leadership abilities
Superb communication abilities to include excellent collaborative and team building skills
