Pizza Hut-Waukee is looking to fill several Full & Part-Time Customer Service Rep positions. These positions include delivery drivers & In-store sales staff. All staff will be crossed trained in every section related to the Customer Service Rep position so paid training will be at least two weeks. Pay will be $7.25- $10.00 per hour and Health Insurance/Dental is offered. Store closes on Major Holidays (Thanksgiving & Christmas Day). Store Hours are Sunday thru Thursday 11am-10 pm & Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm. Responsibilities and Qualifications are as followed.
Responsibilities:
1) Answer & Direct calls in a professional manner
2) Assist customers who walk into the store in a professional manner
3) Make/Create customers order(s)
4) Assist with cleanliness of the store to adhere to Health & Safety Inspections
5) Assist with keeping the store well stocked & prepared for the day(s) work
6) Deliver customers order(s) to their home or office in a professional manner & in a timely fashion
7) Follow Pizza Hut policies and procedures on doing the jobs
Qualifications:
1) Must pass background check
2) Must be willing to have flexible schedule
3) This job has some stress involved so candidates must know how to handle stress
4) Work with little to no direction on the tasks at hand for the day(s) work
5) Have reliable transportation with valid drivers license and up-to-date car insurance
