Fraud Detection Specialist (West Des Moines)

Seeking a fraud detection specialist for a large financial client in West Des Moines. This person will work independently, to service the needs for our client's credit card customers, however will work on a team with other fraud detection specialists. There are multiple shifts available for this position between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, including 4, 10 hour day options. On a daily basis, candidates will be receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers (following research), based on customer inquiries regarding potential fraudulent activity on their credit card accounts. This is a call center environment. To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 10 months of cash handling experience and 1 year of customer service experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are required, along with excellent reliability. High school diploma is required.This is a true contract to hire opportunity at 3 months.
