- Two years minimum experience or equivalent working as a Service Desk Technician (Level 2 or higher) or Desktop Support Technician (Level 1 or higher) on an enterprise help desk.
- Experience managing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple personal computing platform configurations and standards in an enterprise environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate technical subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work with a wide variety of technical and business personnel by building partner driven relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
