Our market positions are an outcome of great work by employees who are committed to serving our customers.The Banker Platform product owner is responsible for managing the scrum team backlog, prioritizing user stories that align to the product vision and goals, and working with application stakeholders to drive experience enhancements that deliver value to customers interacting with the tools. Assists in developing and managing to the scrum KPIs; partners with and influences Value Stream leader on the value stream KPIs. Accepts delivered code.Key Responsibilities include participation and/or leadership in:

Managing Implementation: Drive Flawless Implementation of Solutions.
Partnering for Success: Team with line of business partners and stakeholders to deliver digital payments capabilities that align with strategic goals.
Providing Leadership: Manage Day to Day Business Activities and Planning.
Managing: Manage Cross-functional Team to Successful Implementation
Key Functions include:
Setting strategic direction and roadmap priorities for scrum team
Managing tradeoffs between scope, budget and timeline.
Accountable for technical and non-technical scrum team deliverables, including project delivery and KPIs.
Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Partnering, negotiating and consulting with lines of business to obtain input and alignment.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
3+ years of Agile experience
3 + years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher
Financial services experience
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives
Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
Experience in Customer Experience Roadmap principles
Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries
