Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.This role will provide leadership by driving innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives that support WFCC Businesses and WFCC Business Control Management horizontally. This employee will support the team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. Additionally, this employee will be focused on continuous improvement; facilitating the design of new/improved process models, enhancement of workflow efficiencies, provide technical and analytical support, and reporting.The employee in this role should be a self-motivated, proactive, problem-solver who has a deep empathy for end users. In addition, this employee will have skills in SharePoint design, database creation, receiving/implementing feedback, and embracing/implementing change.Key job responsibilities: Analyzing processes and procedures. Developing process enhancement strategies. Researching shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes. Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction. Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes. Staying current with developments in management and process optimization Supporting the team’s technical tools.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in risk management or 10+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 7+ years must include direct experience in risk management
