Summary: The Business Planning & Operations (BPO) team is part of Meta's Infrastructure Data Center – Sourcing Operations Engineering team. We are responsible for running integrated business planning, performing cost management, and supporting ongoing supply chain business operations. We are data driven problem solvers who can drive strategy and operations and develop data center infrastructure recommendations. We are a thought partner to leaders to effectively deliver innovative and actionable solutions for complex business and organization issues. The team is seeking a Demand Manager to own creation of planning bills-of-material (BoMs) and align with upstream and downstream planning activities for power equipment, cooling equipment, and/or fiber materials to ensure optimal availability - right equipment in the right place at the right time. The person will partner with key internal stakeholders to drive the design release process, supplier allocation for future business, and maintenance of the approved product list. The person will leverage creativity to solve complex optimization problems in a scalable way and drive continuous improvement of demand planning processes by benchmarking against best practices. This full-time position is part of the Infrastructure Data Center – Sourcing and Operations Engineering team.Required Skills: Demand Manager Responsibilities:Lead creation of demand plan for fiber, power and cooling equipment for global new builds, retrofits, leased spaced and for facility operations services for completed Data Center builds

Integrate with the engineering team in the design release process and lead creation of planning BoM and translate it to costed BoM

Partner with the Category Sourcing team to define allocation plans for constrained equipment, ensuring optimal business share allocation across geographies

Partner with other Demand Managers to keep all cross-functional partners informed on upcoming demand, capacity constraints, and schedules

Partner with the Project Sourcing team to create Sourcing plans and Procurement logs for new projects

Recommend and implement improvements to the demand planning systems to achieve greater efficiency & scale through process improvements and automation

Drive implementation & adoption of new capabilities

Improve data systems and develop new reporting tools & metrics to improve demand visibility & accuracy

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 10+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field

Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions

Mastery of internal and external stakeholder management

Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams both in-person and virtually

Experience in business judgment and communicating in both small and large group settings and being analytically and results-focused

Detail-oriented, experience to communicate complex problems and solutions, proven drive to collaborate, bias for action to close out problems

Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:MBA or Masters in Supply Chain

Experience in a hyper-scale Data Center space

Experience using MRP/ERP systems

Knowledge of basic SQL and statistical concepts

Strong process/system background and proven experience to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems

Familiarity with greenfield site development, ground up construction, building retrofits, and/or tenant space fit out requirements
