• 12+ years of Information Technology experience
• 4-5 + years of
  Scrum master and Project Management experience in implementing large
  Digital Marketing / B2B/B2C e-commerce /Adobe AEM /
  Magento/Hybris systems
• Strong experience with high volume
  Digital Marketing
  / B2C /
  B2B eCommerce systems
• Strong functional knowledge in all areas of
  Digital Marketing /
  e-commerce modules (
• Technical knowledge in Java/J2EE/PHP/Spring/AEM/Magento/Hybris is an added advantage

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver digital solutions for our R&D Product Designers on Energy Management & Industrial Automation Businesses.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams & stakeholders to follow agile values, principles, and practices on the Product Lifecycle Management.
• Guiding the Product Owner on the best practices for a state-of-the-art Product Backlog management.
• Manage issues, risks and action plans inside the multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure Scrum meetings take place, are positive, productive and time boxed.
• Scheduling and facilitating sessions for value creation, decision-making processes, etc.
• Monitoring progress and performance to improve KPI’s on value, productivity, predictability & quality.
• Secure timely feedback from Product Owners & Business Stakeholders by planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile Community of Practice among the Digital Engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Technology, computer science, or an Engineering relevant field preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or Agile coach.
• Solid experience on managing multi-hub teams.
• Proficient on Agile Teams Management tools (Jira) .
• Solid knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban and XP to deliver product incremental.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Excellent people and project management skills. & Ability to influence others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. & Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
