Job Description Role: ETL Testing Lead Location: Des Moines, Iowa, USA Remote till covid Who are we looking for? Onsite Database QA Lead with ETL and Webservices testing experience for an Insurance client based out of USA with Life & Annuities domain experience. The Individual should be passionate about technology, automations, experienced in testing cutting edge technology applications. Skills:
- Testing Experience between 10-16 years with Database & ETL testing experience for at least 6 years
- Experiences in Large Testing Engagements - in driving / working with clients in Test Maturity Transformation journey, including transition from incumbent
- Managing the delivery - end to end for respective programs
- Ability to understand requirements and changes to requirements
- Strong communication skills - in onsite / offshore engagement models
- Good amount of experience in ETL Testing with Web Services knowledge
- Good knowledge in ETL Informatica workflows, SSIS package, SSRS Reports, any BI Report testing experience
- Must have hands-on experience in Web Services and API testing.
- Should have exposure to SOAP UI, Postman and RESTful services
- Good interpersonal/communication skill
- Good team player
- Well versed with ETL, Functional, Regression, End to End testing
- Should have experience in SQL server. Ability to construct SQL queries for data testing and analyze test data.
- Knowledge in JIRA and ALM
- Big plus:
- Experience with Microservices.
- Exposure to .NET
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services
- Major Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong desire for quality with an ability to take the point of view of the customer
- Work closely with Dev team members, Client-side BA and Test Leads to understand the technology upgrade and derive test plans
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle / technology upgrade
- Support continuous improvement by investigating and differentiating the upcoming technology changes and existing technologies with in FGL applications
- Experience in CRM/Salesforce/Service Cloud would be an added advantage
- Capable of analyzing requirements and test data / software as per project defined software process
- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases, test data, and contribute to appropriate software development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

- Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

- Testing Experience between 10-16 years with Database & ETL testing
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
- Testing experience
- Informatica Data Quality & ETL workflows ( Informatica data quality )
- Web Services & API
- SQL server database. Ability to construct SQL queries for data testing and analyze test data.
- Good testing knowledge in enterprise data platform, SSIS package, SSRS Reports & BI Report
- Exposure to SOAP UI, Postman and RESTful services, Microservices, .Net
