Summary: The Reality Labs Sales Organization is looking for a Field Sales & Marketing (FSM) Lead to lead our Global Field Sales programs, Brand Advocacy programs, and other People programs for all Reality Labs’ product lines. This position will report to the Global Head of Field Sales and Merchandising. Working with the local FSM Managers, this person will have full ownership of the overall success of the programs and ensure that each program is effectively driving sales, training/knowledge, advocacy, and awareness at physical retail locations. This position will be responsible for aligning our global initiatives with the local FSM Managers and overseeing that these initiatives are translated into compelling sales and demo programs that are customized to fit the requirements of each market while reflecting the brand and creating an exceptional customer experience. The primary function of this role will be to liaise between the Leadership team, cross-functional teams and the local FSM teams to ensure that our objectives are understood at all levels, but also to take valuable insights from the field to influence Business, Product, Content/Demo, Partnership, Merchandising, etc. strategies at the Leadership level. Further, this role will manage all aspects of driving performance against KPIs, but will also be expected to provide leadership & mentoring to the local FSM Managers, our key agencies and the field teams to ensure the health of our programs globally.Required Skills: Manager, Global Lead-Field Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:Influence, align, and sync on annual and mid-term strategies with cross functional teams & leadership

Work with regional FSMs and cross functional teams to implement individualized growth strategies to expand sales revenue, market share, brand advocacy and purchase consideration

Work with regional Field Sales Managers to set strategic direction and measurable KPIs for third party agencies

Plan periodic events, conferences and forums to keep the global third party agencies & field teams informed, motivated, engaged and actively sharing best practices to ensure each program is healthy and performing

Work with regional FSMs and cross functional teams to build strategy & implement global field team reporting tools, dashboards and updated reporting requirements

Maximize & manage performance of global field sales teams and hold agency partners accountable by working with regional FSMs to devise and implement sales goals and potentially a commission based contract where applicable

Set mid-long term global vendor strategy and work with regional FSMs & cross functional teams to plan and execute periodic QBRs and RFPs to ensure overall health of the programs and drive cost efficiencies

Utilize analysis and data to set clear parameters, guidelines, criteria for the regional FSMs to optimize where and how we invest at a store level in terms of coverage, visit frequency, activities, and merchandising

Work with regional FSMs and cross functional teams to help build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, vendors/agencies, including field based representatives

Utilizing valuable insights (competitive position, customer & RSA feedback, etc.) from the global field teams, influence our key strategies at the leadership level

Influence leadership and work with cross functional teams to provide the right support and tools required to enable each regional FSM to fulfill the potential of each of our programs and markets

Take insights to continuously drive fundamental innovations in the retail space from how we present our products, how customers interact with our products, how we sell our products, to the overall customer journey

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Experience working with agencies for innovation and continual improvement

10+ years of retail management, field management, or territory management, experience in a field sales/retail environment

5+ years experience in people management

5+ years experience working with international teams & international markets

Experience managing retail sales reps, brand event ambassadors and training representatives

Experience streamlining and improving processes, and troubleshooting

Experience managing relationships with leadership teams, cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies

Demonstrated project management skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, experience in detecting inconsistencies and errors

Interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible

Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies

Proven communicator

Experience in new technologies and GTM strategy and execution
