Requirements for this position include:- Equivalent to high school graduation and a 4-year college/university degree OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum four years of experience administering or developing Salesforce
- Strong ownership traits coupled with a service focus and influencing skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset along with skills in process design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on partnering with business users from other departments to drive business results.
- Ongoing efforts toward additional Salesforce certifications.
- Experience working with Heroku alongside Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, JAMStack or other Web Dev Technologies is a plus
