Senior Water Resources Engineer

Manage and lead engineering projects, including preparation scopes of work and associated budgets.Perform project management duties, including leading a team and communicating with clients.Prepare studies, reports, design documents, plans and specifications for water resources projects.Present recommendations to city councils, watershed authorities, and/or county boards.Review for Quality Assurance and Quality Control and ensure compliance with HEI quality standards.Prepare permit reports and complete permit documents for Federal and State Agencies.Successful business development efforts to expand HEI presences.
