This leader will be accountable for matrix resources related to completing activities related to defining strategic road maps, requirements and user stories to partner with technology solution providers to implement preventative controls for segregation of duties.Including but not limited to:Lead the creation and execution of enterprise-wide oversight approach to DSoD (Developer Segregation of Duties) for development and production functions with specific ownership of the technology architecture and technical solutions across multiple enterprise systems, working with Enterprise Architecture and Product Owners for related enterprise automation

Create requirements/user stories, test cases and implementation plans to meet requirements as defined by the Technology Integrity Program

Provide documentation from solutions across the enterprise related to Segregation of Duties to evidence control effectiveness

As required, support end-user support and implementations of tools or tool changes to help with the adoption of necessary technology to meet organizational objectives

5+ years of strategic planning and development experience

4+ years of experience working within an application development environment

10+ years of technology experience

Desired Qualifications4+ years of risk management and mitigation experience

Experience reviewing testing strategies and methodologies; evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls; and identifying issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Wells Fargo risk platform experience

Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions

4 + years of technology application development management experience

Experience leading, developing, and implementing information security strategies across a complex organization

Strong negotiation and leadership abilities

Ability to motivate a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required

Knowledge of widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business

Other Desired Qualifications8 years of development experience and a solid background in both Systems Development and Information Security practices, specifically Segregation of Duties.

Experience with IGA (Identify Governance and Administration) automation and strategic road maps

Experience with the practices and controls for creating and supporting technology applications at the enterprise level

Experience with OIG - Oracle Identity Governance product or Sailpoint
