Full-Time position available for Maintenance Tech. We are a residential property company based in West Des Moines, IA which is where this candidate will be working at.
The ideal candidate should have an upbeat, friendly demeanor and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Your ability to interact with our residents is important.
Qualified applicants must have experience with:
Appliance Repair
Working knowledge of Central Heating and A/C
Refrigerant usage card preferred, but not required
Proficient in electric
Proficient in plumbing
Pool maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
Drywall experience is preferred, but not required
Phone etiquette
2 year experience is preferred.
