We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park Winds, a 96 unit apartment community in Des Moines, Iowa.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns
Grounds-Trash pick-up, community garden and coordinating of refuse removal.
General repair, appearance and maintenance of the property
Appliance repair as necessary
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
1year of previous maintenance experience
Ability to work on-call required
Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
Basic electrical, plumbing and painting experience
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
