GeniusLaw.com is expanding and looking for law firms to add to our network through which limited and full-service clientele seek representation. Currently GeniusLaw.com is seeking attorneys in the following Practice Areas to service our clients:
Foreclosure Defense - Iowa (estimated 10-20k/mo revenues)
Estate Planning - Iowa (estimated 15-25k/mo revenues)
Bankruptcy - Iowa (estimated 7-15k/mo revenues)
Family Law - Iowa (estimated 15-25k/mo revenues)
We are looking for sole practitioners as well as small to medium-size law firms with experience in the above-referenced practice areas to take on a bustling case load which includes both limited scope (catering to self-represented clients) as well as full-service representation clientele. We provide leads and can also market, vet and close clients for higher-end services - including both signing the Retainer Agreement and securing payment - all you must do is decide if you want to take the client, then complete the work and nurture the relationship with the client. You Must Be:
- a practicing attorney of at least 2 years
- engaged in ethical billing practices
- in good standing with the State Bar
- experienced in the Practice Area of Law advertised above
Limited scope contracts (preparing documents, making court appearances, for clients representing themselves in pro per) are paid at a rate of approximately $100-250/hr; Full-service clients are often retained at $5 - 7.5k initial fees but will vary depending on the practice area.
