Part Time Shifts Starting at $13.50 / hour

Pair is seeking someone autonomous and friendly who wants to act as a true brand ambassador for our first ever in-store presence. The Pair In-Store Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role by acting as the face of our company during store hours at our self-serve kiosk. The Brand Ambassador is a self-starter who isn’t afraid to engage in face-to-face conversations and answer questions on the frontlines. They ensure Pair’s level of customer service is the best that it can be and that it meets our high-quality standards by remaining attentive, engaging, and friendly throughout the shift. The Brand Ambassador also de facto serves as the conduit to corporate customer support for shoppers and based on their skill-set, plays an important part in ensuring smooth in-store customer service operations.
Some of What You’ll Do:
Ensure the kiosk is clean and organized and ready for daily operations
Proactively engage with shoppers who appear interested in learning more about Pair
Assist customers through the browsing, ordering, and checkout process
Communicate seamlessly with corporate customer experience to ensure clear lines of visibility into daily operations at all times
Personify the spirit of the Pair culture
Answer questions correctly about the product as the shoppers ask them
Observe consumer behavior, take notes and report back to our retail team
This Role May Be A Good Fit For You If:
Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus!)
Tech savvy enough to understand the checkout process on an e-commerce platform
At least 1+ years experience in a customer service role - preferably in-person vs call center
General coverage hours: Sunday-Saturday, 10-6pm CT
Part-Time Shifts will be organized based on availability and business needs
An understanding of excellence in customer service
A keen sense of human behavior and the ability to recognize people in need of assistance
Exceptional communication skills, especially verbal
A willingness to take initiative and ownership
An ability to work autonomously and productively
A FUN attitude, because we're all about friendliness
