About the Position
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic individual ready to build a long-term business in insurance sales. You’ll generate leads, quote new business, and close policies across multiple top-rated carriers. This is a commission-only position with uncapped income potential and monthly bonuses for meeting sales goals.
What you’ll do:
-Build relationships with new clients through phone, email, and social media outreach
-Quote and bind auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies
-Educate customers on coverage options and cross-sell products
-Manage renewals and referrals to grow your book of business
-Work independently with full access to agency resources such as high quality leads and quoting platforms

-Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
-Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable talking to people
-Ability to learn quickly — no experience required (we’ll train you)
-Insurance license preferred, but we’ll help you get licensed if needed
