We are seeking a Mid-level to Sr-level Project Manager. Apply to this opportunity through Robert Half Technology for this Project Manager position if you like the idea of being at the center of our client's strategic business plan.Responsibilities- Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments- Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Ensures that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met- Work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager- Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards- Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable- Facilitates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are timely, focused and brief- Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members- Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops- Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice- Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion- Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively- Oversees project planning Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience- Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have a Project Management (PMP) certification- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferred- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - You're sure to succeed in this position if you are flexible and focused Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
