We are looking for positive and friendly stylists to serve clients with a level of outstanding customer service. Oribé and R+Co are our main products and Goldwell color. While we provide a high level of service and professionalism, we are not a stuffy environment either. We like to have balance and we all enjoy our days together.
We believe everyone has a story, it's our desire to help the client tell their story the way they imagine, through expertly hand crafted haircuts, styles, and luxury coloring. The most important thing we do every day is make our customers feel cared for and enhance their look.
Compensation and benefits: the greater of guaranteed pay per hour or commission.
Starting pay is based on experience and current clientele. Retail commission is paid on a sliding scale. Sick pay and vacation for qualifying stylists. Tips. Continuing in salon education every quarter of the year. Opportunity for paid or partial paid travel education. 32 hour full time schedule, you can work more if you choose. Product discounts. Part time positions available on different terms. Steady call in, and walk in clientele with immediate overflow needing to be served.
Requirements:
an active Iowa cosmetology or barber license
standing for long periods of time
Saturdays and some evening shifts
dress casual wardrobe
great communication skills
current and recent in salon color and cut experience.
