Group and Personal Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. An Anytime Fitness® Personal Trainer/Coach focuses primarily on helping all members "make healthy happen." He/She must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants. In addition, he/she must be comfortable and confident with fitness program design, program instruction, and influencing behavior change. This is accomplished through Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1) Training, and Group Training.
Beyond the traditional roles described, the Personal Trainer/Coach provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve retention.
Anytime Fitness expects our Personal Trainer/Coach to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a "surprisingly personable experience" with everyone he/she meets. Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness), sales and marketing for programming, and proactive outreach to our members to assist in retention.
We are seeking a part-time position.
Successful candidate:
Must be within 20-25 minutes of Adel
Must have Passion for health and fitness and helping others get healthy!
Must have a rock star personality
Must be very outgoing and a great communicator
Experience in sales, fitness, health, teaching fitness classes, and/or personal training certification a plus, but not required
We will train the right person. Employer paid certifications available.
