Seeking entry-level and experienced trim carpenters for residential and commercial construction. Candidates who become employed may receive jobsite training as needed.
Work may include (but not limited to):
- Lineal trim (case & base, crown mold, etc.)
- Pre-hung doors
- Custom window & door treatments
- Cabinet installation
- Paneling
- Stair finishes
- Custom built-ins
- Shelving
- Wall coverings
- Commercial grade doors and hardware
- Bathroom partitions and accessories
Requirements:
All candidates must:
- Provide own hand tools and have reliable transportation
- Be willing to learn and follow instructions
- Be self-motivated and able to work with a crew & independently
- Adhere to company policies, standards and practices
Pay:
Starting hourly wage based on experience and capabilities. Pay increases negotiated based on improved jobsite performance. Employees will become eligible for the company profit based bonus plan after 3 months of employment.
