CUSTOMER SERVICE REP 2- PRODUCT SUPPORT
SALARY: $50-$55K/YEAR
LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA
DIRECT HIRE: FULL TIME, 1ST SHIFT
RESPONSBILITIES:
Providing technical support to customers using web application
Identify problems with software applications and present solutions
Respond to inquiries from vendors, end- users, administrators, and insurance carriers
Research and resolve issues
Provide exceptional customer service timely
Perform product research
Manage specific projects
Escalate issues thru proper channels as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient with MS Office
Exceptional listening skills
Ability to multi task
Possess a positive, proactive attitude
Basic HTML experience a plus
VB experience a plus
Understanding of HIPPA compliance regulations
BS degree preferred
