CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES SUPPORT

WAGE: $14/HOUR

CONTRACT: 1ST SHIFT

LOCATION: DUBUQUE IA

Position Overview:

Implements sales policies and procedures by providing good customer service through direct dealer contact. Serves as key account representative for medium and several smaller accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recognizes and values customers and fellow associates by:

A) working to meet clearly stated internal customer requirements

B) looking for opportunities to improve work processes

Regular daily attendance is required. Eight hours per day, or as directed by supervisor, is required.

Conforms to the dress code, the workspace, and the building guidelines, as well as all other company policies.

Answers ACD and regular phone calls to expedite dealer inquiries.

Performs data entry functions necessary to handle order changes, evaluates pricing questions, enters orders and retrieves information.

Works with outside sales representatives to improve customer service for all residential accounts to resolve issues.

Handles special projects assigned by Inside Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager.

Serves as key account for gallery accounts and major accounts as assigned by Inside Sales Supervisor.

Communicates dealer inquiries to domestic outside factories.

Issues credit memos, pickups and returns to resolve pricing discrepancies and production errors.

Works with shipping departments in domestic plants to expedite customer order to meet delivery requirements.

Works with production associates in domestic plants to expedite customer issues.

Communicates repair/customer inquiries to service department.

Acts as backup for Sales Assistant with the P & S Division supply request .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent data entry telephone skills and computer skills; prefer 2-3 years in a call center environment

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
