Sales Representative
ÂHours: FullÂTime Monday Friday & Saturdays (Hours will vary between 10a 7p)Â

Starting Wage: $10.00/hr (Opportunity for advancement and commission after 90 days probationary period.)
Â
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1: Provide quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.
2: Build and maintain an understanding of the stores products and price information to assist with customer purchases.
3: Receive payments from customers, operates cash register and credit card machine and returns appropriate change as needed.
4: Reconcile cash drawers accurately at end of each shift.
5: Receive and examine deliveries for discrepancies or damages and resolves problems expeditiously.
6: Minimize customer complaints through effective customer service.
7: Maintain a neat and orderly store at all times.
8: Prepare product displays as requested.
9: Report any theft or suspected theft by customers/ employees to management immediately.
10 Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
11:Provide an outstanding overall customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must possess:
A: High School Diploma or equivalent.
B: Prior retail sales experience not required but helpful.
C: Prior experience selling wireless products a plus.
D: Strong communication skills.
E: Outgoing, Courteous, Friendly and Reliable.
F: Must be able to use computers, and enjoy working with people and selling.
G: Technical knowledge and strong customer service skills a huge plus.
H: Professional appearance.
I: Ability to work retail hours, which may include weekends, holidays and some overtime.
J: Ability to pass a complete background verification including but not limited to: Education, Employment and Criminal.
