Seeking individual to assist with regular small scale weeding and harvests of asparagus, raspberries, strawberries, and currants this spring and summer. Work will be 2-5 hours per day, 1-3 times per week. No experience necessary, though pay is commensurate ($15-25). Will train. Additional paid work and learning opportunities are available. For example, we are currently pruning 200+ apple, cherry, and peach trees, will spray, mow, and manage the orchards through the summer, and will be harvesting August through October. Close proximity to the farm is a plus (10-15 miles).
We follow organic practices, though are not certified. The farm is located 12 miles east of Mineral Point.
