CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATES
WAGE: $15/HOUR
TEMPORARY: COULD TURN PERMANENT
SHIFTS: 2nd shift hours, flexibility with start and end times (Department open until 12am)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help desk support
- Directing inbound calls
- Documenting in database for tracking
- Making follow up calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong desire for solutions and to help customers
