Property Manager - Affordable Housing
Job Summary
Full Circle Communities, an established and growing Chicago-based property management company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team for our newest addition, Fifteenth Street Apartments.
This position will work 30 hours per week.
This new development, an adaptive reuse of the former Saint Patrick’s Catholic School in Dubuque, will provide high quality housing with assistive services targeted toward veterans and persons with a disability, in support of our company’s mission.
To help us reach our goals, we need an experienced manager:
Tax Credit experience is a must!
Minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience
Strong administrative, organizational, customer service and communication skills
Computer savvy; YARDI or similar property software experience preferred
Able to switch gears effectively and wear several hats to help us through lease-up and transition to a stabilized apartment asset (able to lease effectively, prepare accurate files, and build relationships with our new residents).
We need an experienced leader and someone who shares in a passion for Affordable Housing. We value energy, creativity and your ability to multi-task and work effectively with deadlines.
If you are proficient in resident relations and services, leasing and marketing, collections, and personnel management, we are interested in talking with you about your career goals. We are inclined to train a driven candidate who is willing to gain on the job training.
