EDI SPECIALIST
CONTRACT: ONSITE
LOCATION: Dubuque, IA
WAGE: $25/HR
SUMMARY: To support significant growth in the API customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide submitter system demo
Work with related teams to set up new customers in the system
Assist with API builds during implementation
Troubleshoot transaction issues
Payer credential management for customers
Monitor system for file processing failures
Notification to the customers of delays or file failures that require action
CRITICAL SKILLS:
1 year out of Healthcare EDI environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Experience with automated workflow processes: API and SFTP medical transaction formats such as x12, JSON, and XML.
Strong analytical skills
