Mathematica Policy Research, a nationally recognized social policy research company, is currently working with the Department of Health and Human Services on an important study on employment coaching. The results of this study will help us determine how well these programs are working and how they can be improved.
We are currently recruiting staff to reach study participants in IA (Fort Dodge). Applicants will be working within Fort Dodge and the surrounding areas to locate study participants. While prior experience collecting data (Census enumerators, field interviewers) or with community outreach is helpful, it is not required.
Training (4 hour online course) will begin at the end of January, with project work beginning shortly after. Bilingual locators preferred.
Mathematica offers:
Flexible work schedule: A minimum of 15 hours per week including evenings and weekends
Starting rate of $17 per hour
Mileage reimbursement
An opportunity to work on an important research project
Interested candidates should:
High School Diploma or GED
Have access to Fort Dodge and the surrounding area
Have familiarity with using a computer and be comfortable with mobile devices, including smart phones
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Be willing to undergo a low level security clearance
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
