- Provide Oracle applications support solutions to an exclusive range of clients across high profile assignments and ticketing aspect.
- Manage full life cycle of ticketing, design, and support phases.
- Assist customers maximize strategic business value from company products to provide them with vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
- Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.
- Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
- Ensure seamless transition through customer lifecycle working closely with presales, professional services, and support teams.
- Provide necessary support for OTC/PSP/P2P/MFG/Distribution/Shipping/Financial Modules / Solutions.
- Quick learner and well verse with the ticketing tools like Cherwell/Jira/ServiceNow.
- Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
- Follow the stringent SLAs for each activity and report the status to lead/manager
- Engage in project coordinating with team.
- Conducts the ticketing analysis and conclude the solution
- Need to coordinate with Oracle team for Oracle SR follow-up
- Perform the deployment process activities with deployment team for ticket resolution
- Perform the daily/weekly/monthly production job monitoring activities
- Perform the critical track/module specific month end activities
- Strong communication and able to do the demo/email to able to communicate the business community across the location for global team
- Creates proposal presentations and presents the final solution/analysis for the ticket to customer and/or team
- Ability to work in different time zone to provide the support the global team
- Team Player - Manages the customer transition through the implementation lifecycle, working closely with both the customer and the support team
- Works collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely project delivery.
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related technical discipline.
- English speaking and writing.
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle functional resource with a strong background in Oracle EBS 12.2
- Require experience in developing/performing To-Be Process Flows, application configurations, CRPs, functional specifications for CEMLIs, test scripts, SITs and UAT.
- Work across a cross-functional team to access information from other disciplines and key deliverables and resolving the tickets
- Prior consulting experience.
- Experience with operational accounting, product distribution and fulfillment, warehouse management, manufacturing, or other applicable business processes
- Experience presenting ERP implementation projects including balancing budget, timeline, scope, and resource availability
- Interest in working in a client facing environment
- Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Team oriented: engaging with a group of people to conquer project tasks
- Interested in future technologies and soft skills
- Good know Oracle Cloud concept
