Position Title: Customer Service - 1st Shift
Wage: $22/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday and some mandatory Saturdays
If you have customer service and warehousing experience, this is the job for you! We’re hiring for a Customer Service role on 1st shift. Temp to hire.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person and receive orders
- Process and input all customer orders and receipts
- Run stock reports to check for product availability
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
- Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation departments, expediting orders as necessary
- Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping information
- Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
- Perform clerical work associated with orders, including the maintenance of customer files
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training helpful
- Experience with 3PL operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Stand for partial shift (4-5 hours)
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs
