Dhart Real Estate has an opportunity for very efficient real estate field agents
Duties:
Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
Obtain property information
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needed.
Develop professional relationships or networks.
Attend events to develop professional knowledge.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when if need be.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents.
Contact utility companies for service hookups to clients' property. if need be.
Prepare an assessment report about the property for your supervising officer.
Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma
Ability to speak and write good English, Spanish, French and other languages will be an added advantage
Ability to accommodate client behaviors
Ability to work under pressure
Work relationship Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power point) Training will be provided if needed
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
