Lab Tech Job Responsibilities:
- Method Development: Journal search, apply research to our client's current needs, develop initial method, test functionality, validate, and put into use
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques
- Analyses using mainly wet chemistry and GC methodologies, following Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to operate Lab Equipment such as HPLC during actual lab tests (method use, functionality, troubleshoot, repair and maintain specific equipment)
- Extensive use of lab instruments
- Perform routine testing on a variety of samples
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and lab data variances
Qualifications: - BS in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Must have attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsive problem solver and action oriented
