What are some responsibilities: Mostly maintaining and extracting data and supporting developers - New database creation is very rare but can happen. Reviewing query performance and optimizing code - Writing queries used for front-end applications - Designing and coding database tables to store the application's data - Data modeling to visualize database structure - Working with application developers to create optimized queries - Creating database triggers for automation, e.g., automatic email notifications - Creating table indexes to improve database performance - Programming views, stored procedures, and functions - Maintaining and modifying Excel reports using VBA - Develop Power Pivot as and when required - Reconciling all transactions - Resolving any reconciliation difference and any other database alerts related to data including working directly with users when needed.Please apply now, call 319-362-8606, or confidentially email your resume to me.
