Our growing client is in need of a Product Manager with excellent banking experience to join their growing team. This position will focus heavily on 3rd party vendor relationships and the integration of those products to clients. This position is responsible for managing one or more product lines, enhancing the product features and maximizing value for our client's product lines.What you will be doing:· Perform research and build knowledge of the existing product features and pricing, and identify competition's product features and pricing, customer pains and needs and market segments, market trends and feature gaps related to your assigned product lines.· Create, maintain and implement a current product strategy and SWOT analysis for your assigned product lines.· Define, maintain and implement a three-year roadmap· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring forward initiatives that help the company comply with payment standards, mandates and requirements· Maintain and report product health reports and other reports of key metrics as defined by management.· Define product concept, including identification of the customers and product requirements, and ensure that customer needs sufficiently addressed.· Work with cross departmental teams to identify business requirements, establish market pricing and sales forecasts, and provide input for developing revenue forecasts, client facing memos and marketing and sales collateral.· Assist sales and management with customer meetings and presentations regarding assigned products.· Assist sales and management in the identification of new partners or sales channels for your assigned products. · Become the go-to expert for the assigned products in the company.Must Haves:• 2+ years of vendor management• Managing 3rd party vendor relationships• Keeping vendor road-map on new product releases• Ability to articulate internally and to members the value of the product and high priority items tied to the product• Handle any product issues and resolve with 3rd party vendor• Manage further products released by 3rd party vendorEducation:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or comparable work experience.Experience:A minimum of four years in marketing or product management, Experience in the payments (Debit/Credit) industry preferred.
