Description An established professional services firm in the Kewanee area is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for their small but mighty team. Position is coming available due to growth in the firm and provides for a unique opportunity to form "a day in the life" around the right candidate's skills and abilities. As an Administrative Coordinator within this team, your role in the firm can include responsibilities such as: Answer a multi-line phone system and manage messages
Greet visitors and clients of the firm
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff
Data entry
Prepare client information through Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Receive and reconcile payments
Distribute prepared client information
Manage recordkeeping and master client files
Work with external vendors for purpose of order office supplies, etc
Perform other administrative duties and tasks as they arise
