About our company:

Our Associates are the foundation of our continued success. If you're innovative and enjoy the thrill of making things happen - share our vision and grow with us.

About the position:

As the primary engineer at the Muscatine location, you will be self-sufficient, handling project requests, creation, installation, and troubleshooting while leveraging the knowledge and skill of the rest of the team. You will work with SQL databases for data storage and retrieval and interface with many different industrial and IT communications protocols. You will also be communicating complex problems such as data acquisition, mathematics, statistics, analytics, and reporting to various levels of the organization, while training personnel to use these projects and larger systems.

The team uses cutting-edge software tools to collect and interpret data and present it in an actionable form to those who can use it to improve processes across our company. As a member of the team, you will collaborate across departments and sites to help further your department's goals. The team is currently spread across the company's two manufacturing sites, located in Greene, NY and Muscatine, IA. Your teammates cover multiple roles that allow the department to handle everything needed from data collection to data analytics and UI/UX.

  • Evaluate current technology trends for use and future planning
  • A fervent desire to be hands-on and spend time on the production floor understanding machine outputs and factory function
  • A working knowledge of software
  • Ability to successfully interface with diverse roles (i.e., manufacturing operators, engineers, leadership staff)
