The individual in this new position has a leadership role in driving eCommerce capabilities. Working hand-in-hand with Marketing to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and third-party solutions, this role will be pivotal in helping deliver eCommerce sales and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and executes a full marketing tech stack to deliver business objectives.
- Prepares, drives, and evaluates initiatives to support the organization in building digital capabilities.
- Works with stakeholders to continually optimize IT governance and decision-making processes as the business context and technology landscape changes
- Contributes to driving ecommerce data roadmap and engagement model for data governance
- Partners with cross functional teams to successfully deploy ecommerce and digital technology
- Uses change management expertise and an end-to-end understanding of the digital value chain to deliver eCommerce functionality with high quality and stability
- Owns the IT ecommerce process and keeps on top of the software architecture of the platform
- Leads the implementation of industry standards and development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, to increase responsiveness and growth
- Innovate, sustain, and maintain a stable eCommerce environment
- Manages all applicable outside services, third party solutions and vendors including offshore teams.
- 7+ years of IT experience
- Experience developing Magento eCommerce applications
- Experience managing eCommerce vendors
- Experience with other applications such as Acquia, Jira, Confluence, Cloud, DevOps, Agile preferred
- Full knowledge of project, risk change, and operations management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects & effectively work cross functionally within the organization
- Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work in a constantly changing environment & effective collaborate with internal & external teams.
