Infinity Salon & Spa-Aveda is seeking some relief!
At Infinity Salon & Spa-Aveda, weve worked for the last 6 years to build a thriving business that just keeps growing. Fortunately, we have succeeded. Unfortunately without you, we have reached our limit for that success. Now, we are booked with standing clients & way over booked for weddings. Weve been consistently turning guests away & our team is working overtime to keep people happy.
Clearly, our team needs Stylists as well as Assistants for some relief!
Do you currently hold or in the process of obtaining a valid Iowa cosmetology license? Are you looking for employment at a salon that offers guaranteed base wages to help you get started & continuing education to not only stay on top of license requirements but to get ahead of every seasons upcoming trends?
Are you looking for a salon team to join & grow with while you establish yourself as a cosmetologist, learn advanced techniques & learn how to manage your own books?
Our ideal candidates will share our strong commitments to grow professionally k educationally while working with a team.
We strongly believe our artists should spend their time at work doing what they love, so your job duties will be based around advancing your abilities to a mastery level while enhancing speed & techniques, as well as educating & training in areas you have potential for growth.
Additionally:
- We provide all styling products, backbar & color needed to perform your services
- We wont throw you to the wolves. All employees are trained in our services & protocols & we work tightly as a team, so youll never feel lost or unprepared.
- This is a payroll position where you will receive W-2s. (That means no 1099s & no tax responsibility for you to figure out)
- We support your continued professional development by holding monthly meetings, quarterly reviews, growth classes & a minimum education opportunity of biannual seasonal update for new trends & techniques.
- Alongside Aveda we are able to offer many advancements outside the realm of just our salon, such as New York Fashion Week, advanced training, worldwide beauty events with our industries top professionals, hands on classes & constant sources of inspiration.
How important is your current skill level/experience?
Not crazy important! We provided every employee with extensive training to ensure mastery of our services & protocols, so we greatly prioritize hard-working applicants with positive attitudes who want to grow with a team & have the hunger to learn, regardless of their introductory skill level.
