Accounting Assistant Construction Company
Record and deposit payments received on various accounts. Assist in preparation and delivery of invoice copies. Assist with processing month-end account statements. Reconcile daily card transactions and monthly payments. Enter customer contracts and information. Perform other accounting duties and responsibilities requested by management.
Preferred but not required: Two year Associates Degree in Accounting, or 3-5 years of accounting experience. Computer skills and proficiency with Quickbooks. We offer benefits including, but not limited to of paid personal time within the 1st year, holiday pay, employee incentive bonuses and more.
