Position Summary:
Provides network install and support to all Imaging Clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties as assigned.
- Install and maintain Copier/printer drivers on computer networks.
- Analyzes users needs.Recommends appropriate network configurations.
- Troubleshoot networking issues as it pertains to imaging service equipment and applications.
- Diagnoses hardware and software problems.
- Maintains courteous, professional and effective working relationships with clients as well as co-workers.
- Must be able to transport self to various client facilities.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols including TCP/IP.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Education/Experience:
- Two or four-year degree in computer science or a related field.
- One or more years of related experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- Employee is regularly required to stand/sit for extended periods of time.
- Constant bending and lifting is required.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs.
- Frequently required to use hands to handle objects, tools or controls.
