We are a smaller trucking and logistics operation looking to add an experienced Fleet Manager to our team.
Job Description:
Overlook dispatchers and be capable of completing their tasks.
Build, Input, Assign loads/equipment/drivers into dispatch software (computer skills are a plus).
Receive inbound phone calls from customers for sizing, scheduling, and booking of freight.
Assist office manager & other office staff in day-to-day operations.
Local drivers will be in constant need of next load information as each of our local guys deliver many loads/ day.
Will need the ability to change direction frequently within your day; ability to think on the fly as multiple changes and issues can and will need your attention per day.
Experience, organized, and consistent is what we are looking for.
