Independent Owner Operators OTR or Regional
Looking for Experienced Owner/Operators with at least 3 years minimum experience with well-maintained tractors. Requirements good driving record, Good work Ethic, Honesty and Integrity are a must. We are a family-owned trucking company and freight brokerage company. With very competitive compensation package. 80% of the loads you will be hauling will be our company's direct customer freight (less brokered freight meaning a very good per mile average for you at the end of the day). Most out bound loads are drop and hook. Our Outbound Freight originates from Missouri/Iowa/Kansas/Nebraska Going to Midwest, Southeast, Southwest Some Calif, Utah, Idaho,Wash
No New England states or Pa & NJ (Unless you prefer those lanes)
If you do not like a certain area we will not send you there.
We are flexible with home time.
You will earn 73% of gross pulling our 53" air ride trailers ( Fuel Surcharge apply to every load hauled) Average pay per mile $2.50 to $3.00 and up with current market. Fuel surcharge is based on the current national weekly average of fuel prices. O/O gets FSC on every load. Fuel cards are provided and tag purchase program available. We offer a in house diesel repair shop O/O rate is 70.00 a hour. We also have a tire purchase program O/O get tires at wholesale price.
