- Support manufacturing team in delivery of product and maintaining quality throughout manufacturing process
- Design efficient manufacturing processes following lean principles for new product launches
- Develop process flow, equipment/process layouts, and capital requirements for products and improvements
- Work with team to specify, procure, and set-up new or modified equipment and manufacturing processes
- Lead capital projects related to production floor improvements in productivity, capacity, quality, or safety
- Utilize quality tools to assess process capability and variability
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Bachelor of Science degree required
- Lean manufacturing experience in a high volume production environment
- SAP experience is a PLUS
