Great opportunity with a local client in Des Moines. Tight knit team with great leadership! Job Duties: • 650 end users • Basic troubleshooting and tier 1 support - both face to face and over the phone • Password resets • Domain user accounts login • Basic active directory • Remote desktop support • Uses Google Suite for their interface, but open to someone who is exclusively using Microsoft O365 • Looking to have someone with GREAT soft skills, customer service, calm demeanor and can handle face to face interaction & walk ups. Requirements - Well-founded grasp of Google Suite- Comprehensive knowledge of Provide Technical Support- Foundational knowledge in Password Reset- Reset Passwords experience highly desired- Proven knowledge of Active Directory- General familiarity with Microsoft Office 365- Knowledge of Technical Support- Strong familiarity with Tier 1 Support- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions- Basic networking concepts Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
