- Investigate support tickets generated for dealer/customer issues
- Utilize a catalog of tools to resolve common issues
- Collaborate with the appropriate product development teams to resolve more complex issues
- Document solutions to more quickly resolve similar issues in the future
- Experience working in customer support, product support, or in an IT environment supporting consumer software applications
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues
- Experience communicating across functional and divisional teams to identify and leverage solutions for complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills / analytical problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and groups
- Flexibility adapting to new tools and processes
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company personnel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using a variety of mobile devices (Android & iOS)
- Agricultural background preferred, especially Precision Farming experience
- Willingness to be on-call outside of office hours to support the business (rotational)
