Midwest Dental is looking for a talented professional to fill a full time Patient Service Representative (PSR) position in our Waverly, IA office (Monday-Wednesday 8-4 with a 30 minute lunch). PSRs interact with patients to schedule and confirm appointments, process new patient paperwork and insurance submissions, and manage delinquent patient accounts.
CPR certification and front desk experience in the medical or dental field is required. Experience with insurance and billing is a plus.
