It all begins with you.The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.We are seeking a Program Execution Leader to lead, drive and coordinate work efforts for cross cutting risk priorities including the Operational Risk Program, Enterprise Risk Programs (ERPs), risk governance, and interaction models. The successful candidate will have deep experience planning and organizing cross enterprise-level work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority programs through to completion. The candidate will also be able to adapt to changing priorities as the program of work evolves, often on short notice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of all risk and program priorities for cross cutting risk priorities

Develop deep program relationships with connection and visibility across the Front Line, IRM, Technology and Audit

Develop content knowledge and expertise on the ERPs, Risk Governance, including implementation or integration

Drive program execution of risk priorities across the enterprise

Provide content and subject matter guidance to program stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate governance routines

The Candidate:These roles will have significant exposure to senior executive leadership. The incumbent may interact directly with regulators representing Wells Fargo.The successful candidate will work closely with other senior leaders across Independent Risk Management, Corporate Functions, our business CEOs, our leadership in enterprise functions, and Front Line Control Executives teams in the development and execution of company risk management strategies. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for risk management.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

5+ years of leadership experience

Desired QualificationsExperience supporting senior level leaders/executives

Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives

Financial services industry experience

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Ability to foster effective partnerships

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

Strong risk management leadership skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications1+ year of experience with regulatory implementations in a large financial services firm

Subject matter expertise in financial institution process engineering, design, or documentation

Experience in transformational leadership within a large, complex matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups including executive management, regulators and internal auditors

Project management, execution and implementation skills
